Today I am going to review for you a wonderful Christmas product. It is a e-book/packet to learn about Christmas celebrations in other countries and is published by Multicultural Kid Blogs. It seems like the perfect time to share this with you since we just did our Christmas in Different Lands post yesterday. Plus Christmas is on Hazel's mind. She has been home sick much of this week but started to get bored and decided to play Mary.

We had a fun time going through this great packet. It covers Brazil, France, Mexico, The Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Sweden. For each location there is a cover page with the flag and Christmas greeting and they are color pages if you print them out.

Sample Cover Pages (that we began to color)
Next is a page with information about the location including a map of it. Then there are two pages describing the Christmas season in that location. Then there is a Christmas activity. The activities range from crafts, word finds, games, word scrambles and more.

Then the packet includes a recipe from each place. At the end of the packet are review questions to see what the child(ren) remember from the packet. This is perfect for those who homeschool. The packet is also perfect for anyone who wants to teach their children about Christmas in other cultures. I find it so interesting to see what is the same and what is different.

Hazel had so much fun hearing about the countries and doing some of the activities. The activities and recipes give so much more to our celebration and learning than just reading a book. I highly recommend Celebrate Christmas Around the World and there is still time for you to get it and try it with your family!!
